Terms and content policy

The service

CEOToolSuite Blogs lets people read and publish writing. Reading and subscribing are free. Publishing needs a paid CEOToolSuite account.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post, and you license CEOToolSuite to host, display and send it to your readers and subscribers so the service can run. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the rights to post it.

Pen names

Readers see only your pen name and handle. CEOToolSuite knows which account is behind a publication and can be required to disclose it, for example by a court order. Your writing style and anything you post can still identify you.

What is not allowed

Enforcement

We can remove content and suspend publishing without notice when we believe these terms are broken or the law requires it. Report problems through the link on each post or at /abuse.

Copyright

We respond to notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and may end the accounts of repeat infringers. A writer who believes a notice was a mistake can send a counter-notice to abuse@ceotoolsuite.net.

Subscriptions

A writer who stops paying can no longer publish new posts. Published posts stay up. Subscribers can leave at any time through the link in every email.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows CEOToolSuite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We can change these terms and will post the new version here.
